1. Fabric Selection
The journey begins with selecting the right fabric according to the product, design, season and customer requirements. Fibre composition, texture, weight, quality and intended use are carefully considered.
2. Fabric Processing
The selected fabric goes through required processing to achieve the desired texture, appearance, softness and performance. Proper preparation helps create a consistent base for further production.
3. Printing & Design
This is where creativity comes to life. Colours, patterns and prints are developed according to the collection and market requirements. Modern printing capabilities help create detailed and attractive designs.
4. Cutting & Stitching
For finished products such as kurtis and dresses, fabrics are carefully cut according to the required pattern and then stitched with attention to fit, finishing and consistency.
5. Quality Control
Quality checks are carried out at different stages of production. Fabric appearance, printing, stitching, finishing and other product requirements are reviewed before the product moves forward.
6. Finishing & Packaging
The final products receive the required finishing before being carefully packed for dispatch. Proper packaging helps maintain product quality during handling and transportation.
